desi777's Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
desi777 believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not a burden. We are here for you with deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out features.
What is Responsible Gaming and why does it matter?
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — but it stays enjoyable only when kept under control. Responsible play at desi777 means enjoying gaming while staying aware of your time and money. We provide a range of safety tools to ensure the wellbeing of all our players.
Gambling should never be a source of income — it is for entertainment only. Do not bet beyond your means, and be cautious of the urge to place more bets to recover financial losses.
For ages 21 and above only. Play responsibly.
Our Safety Tools
To ensure responsible play at desi777, we provide the tools listed below. You can activate them directly from your account or request them through the support team.
Set a Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a waiting period of at least 7 days.
Time-Out Break
If you want to take a short break, set a time-out ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, no games or transactions will be possible on your account.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, use the self-exclusion feature to remove yourself from the platform entirely for an extended period. This is the most effective step toward responsible play.
Set a Betting Limit
Decide in advance the maximum amount you want to bet in each session. A betting limit helps you enjoy the games while staying within your budget.
24/7 Support
For any issue, our Bengali-language live chat support team is always here for you. If you have concerns about your gaming, reach out to us directly on chat.
Protection for Minors
desi777 is for 21+ users only. Use parental control software on shared computers and keep your account details away from children.
Signs of Problem Gaming
If any of the following signs appear in your behaviour, you should act now and seek support:
- Repeatedly betting to recover lost money
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends
- Betting with money meant for essential expenses
- Feeling restless or irritable when unable to play
- Neglecting daily tasks or professional responsibilities
- Playing with borrowed money or by breaking into savings
- Being unable to stop playing despite telling yourself "just a little more"
Tips for Healthy Gaming Habits
Set a Budget First
Decide how much money you will spend each session and stick to that limit.
Set a Time Limit
Avoid playing for long stretches at a time — take a break after a set period.
Don't Bet on Impulse
Avoid playing when you are under stress or feeling low.
Treat Gaming as Entertainment
Enjoy the wins, but do not try to recover losses.
Don't Hesitate to Seek Help
Reach out to our 24/7 live chat or email whenever you need support.
